The Shift helps ADHD OTs finally apply the principles they teach others—boundaries, sensory regulation, pacing, and self-compassion—to their own lives so they can stop the frustration cycle and create a work-life balance that actually works.
Terms, Conditions & Consent Form
1.2. AAC's Coaching Program (THE SHIFT) is designed for diagnosed or self-identified ADHD health professionals seeking to enhance their understanding of ADHD and its associated challenges.
1.3. The course is NOT:
A clinical intervention to address distress symptoms associated with an ND diagnosis.
An assessment or screening process for ND presentations such as ADHD or Autism.
Intended for individuals currently experiencing an acute mental health crisis requiring high-level intervention.

2. Structure of AAC Coaching
2.1. The Shift includes online modules, self-directed worksheets, and group calls.
2.2. There may be take-home components requiring independent participation, with support available via a private Facebook group and/or WhatsApp during the course.
2.3. Online content will be available through Innovorise, with lifetime access upon completing the screening process, signing the terms and conditions, and purchasing the course.
2.4. One-on-one coaching sessions can be purchased as a package at the start of the course or as needed during or after the course.
3. Relationship with Therapy for Life – Allied Health Services
3.1. AAC is operated by Alice Ayliffe, a registered Occupational Therapist.
3.2. While Alice Ayliffe is a registered occupational therapist, the AAC Coaching Program is NOT a clinical Occupational Therapy service.
3.3. By participating in the AAC Coaching program, participants acknowledge that they are engaging in coaching, NOT receiving individualized Occupational Therapy services from Alice Ayliffe.
3.4. To avoid conflicts of interest, clients of Alice Ayliffe cannot participate in The Shift within six months of receiving Occupational Therapy services.
3.5. Similarly, The Shift participants cannot become Occupational Therapy clients of Alice Ayliffe for at least six months post-program unless deemed clinically appropriate. Any such cases will be assessed at Alice Ayliffe’s discretion.
3.6. Requests for transition between AAC Coaching and Occupational Therapy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Alice Ayliffe’s sole discretion.
3.7. If, during the program, issues arise that exceed the coaching scope, the participant may be advised to consult a GP or an appropriate clinician.
3.8. Alice Ayliffe may terminate a participant’s registration at any time if deemed necessary. In such cases, a partial refund may be granted at her discretion.
4. Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information
4.1. AAC Coaching collects and records participant information to facilitate the program.
4.2. Participants must review and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before signing this document.
4.3. Additional documents provided include:
Participant Information Sheet (to be completed as part of the registration process)
Description of The Shift Coaching Program outlining expectations for participants and facilitators

By signing this consent form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Alice Ayliffe Consulting
Privacy Policy, available at [insert website link] or provided upon request.
5. Technology Requirements
5.1. AAC Coaching is delivered online via the website portal and videoconferencing. Participants must arrange and cover costs for their own technology setup.
5.2. Participants need access to:
A computer with a video camera, speakers, and stable internet.
A private or quiet space for video conferencing.
5.3. Online communication privacy is limited by the security of the technology used.
6. Conditions of Purchase and Intellectual Property
6.1. The AAC Coaching Program and all related content are the intellectual property of AAC.
6.2. Reproduction, exploitation, redistribution, or unauthorized use of any AAC content is strictly prohibited.
7. Fees
7.1. The Shift Coaching Program is offered as a group package for $300
7.2. Additional one-on-one sessions beyond the group program will be invoiced separately
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
8.1. Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 72 hours before the course start date.
8.2. After the commencement of the course, full or partial refund of the registration fee will be granted at the discretion of AAC . if you completed all modules and activities and don’t think you have received any value from the course in managing your ADHD as a OT , then a refund will be considered.
8.3. After course commencement, refunds may be provided only in cases where AAC Coaching terminates a participant’s registration.
9. Consent to Participation in AAC Coaching9.1. By signing this document, I confirm that:
AAC Coaching is a coaching service, NOT a clinical, supervision or therapeutic service.
Although facilitated by Alice Ayliffe, a registered Occupational Therapist, AAC Coaching is not a clinical therapy service.
I will not receive Occupational Therapy treatment, supervision, or intervention during my participation in AAC Coaching.
I am not a current client of Alice Ayliffe and have not received Occupational Therapy services from her in the past six months.
As a participant in The Shift, I understand that I am precluded from accessing Occupational Therapy services including supervision from Alice Ayliffe for at least six months post-program completion unless deemed appropriate by Alice Ayliffe.
I have read and understand the AAC Coaching Privacy Policy.
I understand that completion of the Participant Information Sheet is required for registration.
